GROUND CLASSES

Handstands
Discover the world upside down! Hand balancing is a very refined circus art, requiring a fine balance between technique and strength. Students learn how to hold a handstand against a wall, then free standing, using proper technique to maximize balance.
With spotting at first, and eventually alone, students can learn various handstand shapes, movements, presses, one-armed handstands and more.
We recommend comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.
This discipline is offered in one class, open to all levels.
Flexibily
Come stretch after a long day at work, or after your aerial workout.
Splits and back contortion are the order of the day. The emphasis is on developing the strength and flexibility needed for aerial arts and circus. Would you like to become more comfortable with bendy shapes, or finally be able to do that that dream shape that requires a certain level of contortion, but seems unattainable? It's not impossible, and it's within your reach! Like any other form of training, contortion needs to be worked on and improved. Whatever your current level, work towards your goals, slowly but surely.
We recommend comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.
Classes are designed for students of all levels, and are adapted to each individual's experience, strength and flexibility.
