Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience. We all have to start somewhere!

Please inform us of any history of injuries or concussions. It is recommended that you discuss this with a healthcare professional before registering.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, tight-fitting clothing that allows full range of motion. Leggings, which cover the back of the knees, are preferable for aerial classes. Short clothes are recommended for pole sport classes, since it's the skin that adheres to the pole. Knee pads and yoga mats are strongly suggested for floor movement classes. For safety reasons, we ask that all jewelry be removed before classes begin.

If you need to cancel your registration, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the class start time. No credit will be issued for cancellations made after this time. This applies to all classes, as well as private events. Special workshops may have different cancellation policies.

We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so that you have plenty of time to change, check in and get ready for action. There's no need to warm up before class starts, as warm-ups are included in the time allotted.

We have a studio in Laval at 519 Boulevard Curé-Labelle, and a studio in Terrebonne at 565 Bd. des Seigneurs.
