Pole Sport

Pole fitness classes, an increasingly recognized and popular sport, will help you develop your self-confidence, while gaining strength and flexibility. These classes incorporate elements of dance and acrobatics and will move you through a series of poses, pirouettes, inversions, climbs and transitions.

You can progress at your own pace through the different levels of classes offered: initiation, beginner, basic inversions, intermediate and advanced. Three types of classes are also available: fitness (sporty), exotic (sexy) and artistic. There's a style for everyone!

Since clothes slide on the pole and it adheres better to the skin, wearing shorts that do not cover the legs is recommended.

This discipline is offered in five levels: absolute beginner, beginner, basic inversions, intermediate, and advanced.

Exotic Pole

Russian exotic or exotic pole is a pole choreography that involves sexy moves usually performed in platform high heels.

The exotic Russian-style pole dance that will be presented to you is inspired by the greatest international athletes! A perfect activity to get back in shape without realizing, as you concentrate on learning and performing the choreography!

Excellent for working on cardio, upper body, fluidity in movements, some basic pole fitness transitions, synchronization and sensuality.

It is not necessary to wear platform shoes in exotic dance classes. You can attend class in socks. The important thing is to wear knee pads (like volleyball knee pads). You may want to try a few classes in socks before you go out of your way to buy platform shoes! Regular high-heeled, evening-style shoes are not allowed in the studio due to safety and equipment damage.

This discipline is offered as one class open to all levels.

Flying Pole

Flying pole is a type of pole, but suspended in mid-air. Participants use the pole to spin, climb, and perform positions similar to traditional pole dancing, but this time while suspended and moving in mid-air. Participants learn to perform dynamic, gravity-defying movements by combining elements of pole dancing, dance, and acrobatics.

It is recommended to wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for ample mobility. Leggings, which cover the back of the knees, are strongly recommended.

Flying pole is offered in two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced.
